Dr. Klenk has 35 years of experience in the area of technical and scientific services contracting and consulting. He has functioned in various capacities including research scientist, project manager, software development manager, program manager, general manager and vice president of a large technical services company. He has managed major capture and proposal activities and has successfully phased-in numerous new contracts. His domain experience includes information technology, systems and software engineering, large data systems and archives and satellite remote sensing. His scientific experience is in elementary particle physics, ozone remote sensing, radiative transfer, aerosol optics, atmospheric science and meteorology. He is PMI certified as a Project Management Professional. His doctorate is in Physics from Lehigh University and also holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy.
